Unlike some agents I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with who were either out for a quick buck or treated the job as a “hobby,” Bryan is a professional who works his butt off… he does what he says he will do when he says he’ll do it, he’s responsive, he knows the business and advises you accordingly and he puts your interests first.

I am so glad that I found Bryan to help with my home search. The first agent that I dealt with acted as if it was a part-time job and was not employed by me for very long. Bryan, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. He is very flexible in his hours, works tirelessly, and was always willing to help, day or night. Bryan also has a great deal of knowledge about homes and was able to accurately point out strengths and important weaknesses of the various homes we went to see. In the end, I found myself in a multiple offer situation and he was able to negotiate a great price that I was very pleased with. I’m extremely happy with the job Bryan performed. Bryan was very patient in working with us to find a new home. There we no pressure and we very much appreciated that. He was very knowledgeable, and if there was something he was unsure of, he found the answer quickly and always got back to us promptly. Bryan helped us with both sides, selling and buying our new home. Because this was a local move, we needed to try and coordinate the selling of our home with the buying of the new one, all without leaving us without a place to stay but enough time to find what we wanted. Not necessarily an easy task. He came up with a strategy to not only price our home right, but also a timing strategy on how and when to list it. Bryan guided us through each step, and gave honest answers to all our questions, even when the right answer isn’t the easiest. Throughout the whole process, he did a great job (possibly better than us at times!) keeping in mind what we ultimately wanted and needed. The end results is that he found us the home we bought, sold our home, and negotiated both deals so that we had enough overlap in timing to allow us to move right out of one house and in to the other on the same day! Bryan is an example of what I believe a good real estate agent should be. With the way homes are posted online, it is too easy for the agent to basically let you in the home you asked to see. As a buyer, I can tell you that Bryan actually looks for homes that you may not have seen or are not listed quite yet. And as a seller, I can say that his plan for marketing our house was excellent and drove the traffic we needed to sell our home at a fair price in the time we wanted.

I have worked with a lot of realtors and know what I do and don’t like in one. Bryan did a great job helping my wife and I move into a new area. He took my questions seriously and followed up until I was satisfied. We asked a lot from him and he exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I were casually looking for a house for about a year. We didn’t need to move but wanted to, and we wanted to take our time and look around at what was offered during the different seasons. Bryan was with us throughout that whole process. He was patient with us and the length of time we took. He had answers to almost every question we had, and if he didn’t, he promptly found the answer for us. Never once during the entire process did we feel that we were being rushed to buy or sell. He was completely open and honest the whole entire time. Bryan was wonderful to work with! This was our third home, so we’ve had a lot of experience with realtors. Bryan exceeded our expectations! He was very knowledgeable about the buying and selling process but also about so many other helpful things, including base board heating, how tall a sycamore tree will grow, water problems and work that was previously done as well as asbestos issues. He was always so friendly and professional and was always available to answer our questions. Even when we ran into some difficult situations, his negotiation skills really helped us out! The folks he recommended us to work with were wonderful (inspector, appraiser, and mortgage company) as well. My husband and I loved working with Bryan and highly recommend him!
